About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Marketing Director to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases our luxury retail destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a 360° marketing plan that promotes Bicester Village as a premier luxury retail destination.
- Team Leadership: Lead and empower our marketing team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with our brands to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that activate the village and drive customer engagement.
- Product Marketing: Ensure world-class product marketing positioning, messaging, and launches that meet our brand standards.
Requirements:
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in marketing and brand development.
- Team Management: Strong performance in managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
- Marketing Innovation: Ability to create innovative and effective marketing methods that drive results.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the business.
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
