At Bicester Village, we're on the lookout for a talented Deputy Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in defining our 360 marketing and commercial strategy, working closely with our Marketing Team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Bicester Village as a luxury destination of choice
  • Lead and empower the Marketing team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with our Brand partners to create engaging marketing events and activations
  • Drive the development of a Marketing and Communications plan to reach domestic and international audiences
  • Test and innovate new marketing initiatives to activate the Village and brands
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong marketing and brand building skills, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
