About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Marketing Director to join our team at Bicester Village. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 360° marketing plan that aligns with our brand vision and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events and activations in the Village
  • Lead and empower a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail or FMCG environment
  • Strong marketing and brand building skills, with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
