Senior Manager Marketing Oncology

At Pharmiweb, we're committed to delivering life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases. As a critical member of our Spanish local commercial team, you'll play a key role in shaping our oncology marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, aligning with our global brand strategy and functional plans.
  2. Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans, driving results for our product and indication.
  4. Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks, and ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations.
  5. Manage the local promotional budget, maintaining ethical and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  1. You possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to act promptly in complex environments.
  2. You exhibit strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications, with a solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations.
  3. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a science background and post-graduate background in commercial or marketing management.
  4. Experience in Oncology is highly preferred, with 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  5. You're able to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events.
