At Pharmiweb, we're committed to transforming lives through innovative medicines. As a Senior Manager Marketing Oncology PK390, you'll play a critical role in driving our Spanish local commercial team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, aligning with global brand strategy and functional plans.
  • Lead the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and crafting customer-focused messages.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
  • Preference for a science background, with post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) a plus.
