Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, aligning with our global brand strategy and functional plans.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans, driving results and growth.
- Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks, and ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations.
- Manage the local promotional budget, upholding ethical and compliance standards.
- You possess excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in complex, rapidly changing environments.
- You exhibit strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications, with a solid understanding of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a science background, and post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial / Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology is highly preferred, with 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
- You're able to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events, with a 15% travel requirement.
