About the Role:
Pharmiweb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Marketing Oncology to join our team. As a critical member of our Oncology organization, you will be responsible for leading our local oncology marketing activities in Spain and cluster markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy in Spain and cluster markets, contributing to the global brand strategy, functional plans, and budget.
- Own the local brand planning process, including competitive analysis, identifying promotional opportunities, and developing customer-focused messages.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
- Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
- Develop and manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for a science background. Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
