Omega CRM, a prominent entity within the Merkle & Dentsu family, excels in delivering Customer Experience services with over two decades of expertise in leveraging technology for marketing innovation. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the analysis and development of marketing automation and martech solutions.
  • Assist in establishing the infrastructure for marketing cloud development.
  • Analyze specific marketing and technology requirements of clients and contribute to the communication processes through effective implementations.
  • Execute fundamental technical and specialized marketing tasks.
  • Develop and implement processes essential for executing cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
  • Initiate developments and automation processes tailored for cloud implementation.
  • Provide consulting services in development to ensure seamless operation of automated communication processes.
  • Activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that cater to client needs across various touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot errors, and resolve development challenges related to marketing automation and martech tools.
  • Document development workflows and monitor system performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on cloud integrations utilizing various programming languages and development tools: JavaScript, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript, API.
  • Adhere to the software quality standards established by Omega's technical management.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS development.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
