About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our sales and functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to sales and functional teams on Salesforce solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Delivery Managers to ensure technical leadership and comprehensive knowledge of the platform.
  • Identify and notify risks in technical project management, ensuring client profitability.
  • Ensure smooth project progress, monitoring scope, schedule, and costs, and alerting deviations to Project Managers/Delivery Managers.
  • Ensure technical objectives are met and software quality standards are upheld.
  • Supervise effort estimations of development and support teams during testing phases.
  • Collaborate in project demos for clients.
  • Ensure final delivery of technical documentation.
  • Participate in technical team development and training, advising on skill improvement.
  • Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate in Omega's community of practice, providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of implementations.
  • Experience in projects.
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • High level of English proficiency.
