We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Developer to join our Interactive team at Immfly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Inflight Entertainment and Connected Platforms.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing our QA process by implementing manual and automated testing strategies. You will work closely with our QA Lead to drive improvements, propose innovative testing approaches, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain established QA and automated testing practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA activities effectively
- Propose software quality assurance and QA best practices
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve bugs and issues
- Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide visibility to stakeholders
- Evaluate deliverables according to specifications and provide root cause analysis
- Document processes, best practices, and platform-specific knowledge
- Participate in flight tests and ensure findings are effectively communicated
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a QA position
- Programming skills in automated test technologies: Playwright, Javascript, JUnit, Postman, Gherkin/Cucumber, Bash, or similar
- Mobile automation
- Integration with Browser Stack
- Connection to Endpoints API & knowledge of web and API testing with Postman
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA, Zephyr)
- Familiarity working within Agile Scrum is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and Spanish (oral / written)
- Travels: This position includes regular flight testing
