The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Developer to join our Interactive team, focusing on Inflight Entertainment and Connected Platforms. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance our QA process by ensuring the quality of our product delivered through manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to integrate QA activities effectively.
  • Propose innovative testing strategies and contribute to the development of efficient QA workflows.
  • Collaborate with the development team to solve bugs and issues.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate deliverables according to specifications and provide Root Cause Analysis.
  • Document processes, best practices, and platform-specific knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QA position.
  • Programming skills in automated test technologies: Playwright, Javascript, JUnit, Postman, Gherkin/Cucumber, Bash, or similar.
  • Mobile automation.
  • Integration with Browser Stack.
  • Connection to Endpoints API & knowledge of web and API testing with Postman.
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA, Zephyr).
  • Familiarity working within Agile Scrum is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and Spanish (oral / written).
