Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute manual and automated testing strategies to ensure the quality of our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, to integrate QA activities and ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Process Improvement: Continuously propose innovative testing strategies and best practices to enhance overall quality assurance and contribute to the development of efficient QA workflows.
- Testing and Analysis: Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Root Cause Analysis: Evaluate deliverables according to specifications, identify root causes of issues, and communicate findings effectively.
- Documentation: Document processes, best practices, and platform-specific knowledge to ensure effective and rigorous testing.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a QA position.
- Technical Skills: Programming skills in automated test technologies, mobile automation, integration with Browser Stack, connection to Endpoints API, and knowledge of web and API testing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish, and strong interpersonal skills.
