Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you'll be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for the client's key users.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting modules.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- High level of English is essential; French or German are welcome.
- You like autonomy and taking initiative, and you are self-managing.
- You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve.
