Job Title: Global SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Avolta is the world's leading travel experience player, addressing the needs of up to 2.3 billion passengers each year across 5,500 outlets in over 75 countries.

As a Global SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the company's Destination 2027 strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and participate in global implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment across various locations.
  • Actively participate in designing and developing the system architecture to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
  • Support colleagues and collaborate effectively within the team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Analyze and manage incidents related to the SAP SuccessFactors system, providing timely resolutions and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Person Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementations or customer support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Good knowledge of SAP SF EC, RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G, COMP.
  • Knowledge of SAP IAS/IPS and People Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SAP CPI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence and commitment to the assigned tasks.
  • Good knowledge of English is required.
  • Experience working in international teams.
  • PMO capabilities.
