Job Title: Sap Successfactors Technical Consultant

Job Description:As a Sap Successfactors Technical Consultant in Cosentino, you will have a client-centric vision without losing the diversity of projects, which are not limited to the Sap system. We are immersed in a global digitalization process where you will have the opportunity to participate, actively participating in international projects (Qualtrics, Lms, Electronic Signature).Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate independently in implementation, integration, maintenance, and evolution projects of Employee Central and Lms modules of SuccessFactors.
  • Document commercial requirements and procedures.
  • Train users and supervise their experience and acceptance.
  • Participate in iterations.
  • Inform the client internally about the progress of problems, both formally and informally.
  • Identify risks and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Academic Formation: Technical formation: Engineering/Mathematics. Valuable: SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Professional Experience: More than 3 years of experience in international implementation and maintenance projects of Employee Central and Lms modules, as well as integration projects with SSFF EC with Sap and other non-Sap tools/applications.
  • SuccessFactors Knowledge: Employee Central. SuccessFactors Lms. Report creation Birt. Time Off. Integration with Sap. Valuable: Knowledge in other Sfsf modules or Sap Hcm. High level of English.
Location:

You will be able to work well in our Cantoria (Almeria) or Madrid office, enjoying a hybrid work system where you will develop your activity one week in the office and the next week remotely.
