Buscamos a un Sap Successfactors Technical Consultant para unirse a nuestro equipo en Cosentino. En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos retadores a nivel internacional, participando en la implantación, integración, mantenimiento y evolución de los módulos de Employee Central y LMS de SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades
  • Participar en la implantación y mantenimiento de los módulos de Employee Central y LMS de SuccessFactors.
  • Documentar los requisitos y procedimientos comerciales.
  • Formar a usuarios y supervisar su experiencia y aceptación.
  • Participar en las iteraciones y informar periódicamente del progreso de los problemas al cliente interno.
  • Identificar los riesgos y proponer soluciones efectivas.
Requisitos
  • Formación técnica en Ingeniería o Matemáticas.
  • Certificaciones SuccessFactors.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia demostrable en proyectos de implantación internacional y mantenimiento de los módulos de Employee Central y LMS, así como en proyectos de integración con SSFF EC con SAP y otras herramientas/aplicaciones no SAP.
  • Conocimientos en SuccessFactors Empleado Central, SuccessFactors LMS, Elaboración de informes BIRT, Time Off, Integración con SAP.
