About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Quality Specialist and Trainer to join our team at Testing Solutions GmbH. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our cloud solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure New Customer Wins: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Cloud Developments: Constantly research and educate yourself on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing for both clients and competitors.
  • Pursue Positive Outcomes: Use effective approaches to solve problems, deliver on commitments, and seek increasingly challenging work. Take responsibility and hold others accountable for actions, decisions, and goals.
  • Communicate Effectively: Network and communicate successfully with others, persuading and influencing them as needed.
  • Monitor Performance Indicators: Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline, including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.
  • Establish Customer Needs: Use a deep understanding of customers' needs to effectively align the value proposition of our products, technology, and services with their strategies and needs. Create value through the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English: You must be fluent in English (at least strong B2).
  • Technology Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience is required. Experience working with partner ecosystems is preferred.
  • Education and Skills: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering. Experience in one of these relevant fields is a bonus: computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Computer Handling Skills: You must have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: An understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends are preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
