Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a Cloud Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs and uncovering potential sales opportunities, leading customers through all steps of their journey, and developing a sound technical understanding of the client's cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide high-quality technical expertise to customers
  • Assess customer's cloud sales lifecycle and identify areas for improvement
  • Discover sales opportunities that may not be immediately apparent
  • Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering teams
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in Dutch, verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience working with or selling cloud software
  • Holder of a Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or relevant diploma
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and (IT) sales processes
  • Prior training and/or usage of Challenger will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to successfully approach and onboard new customers quickly with efficient negotiation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience as a Trusted Advisor who is able to advise on high-level strategy and overall IT spendings
  • Excellent time management skills with high levels of integrity who is able to work independently as well as under supervision
  • Outstanding communication skills to confidently articulate and share program information with Senior Management
