We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Effectiveness Lead to join our team at L'Oreal Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead our digital marketing effectiveness efforts and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform marketing strategy and optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • To develop and maintain accurate and reliable data models, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing mix modeling solutions.
  • To design and execute experiments to measure the impact of marketing activities on sales and customer behavior.
  • To communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or data science.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
