Job Title: Senior Workplace Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workplace Engineer to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our digital workplace solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital workplace technologies.
  • Manage and maintain our endpoint management infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft solutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our digital workplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in service management, project management, and endpoint security concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, and Azure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage external resources, vendors, and contractors effectively.
