About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collaboration Engineer to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our collaboration and workplace solutions team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our collaboration and workplace products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the technical feasibility of new functionalities, inclusion of new software, or other changes to the existing collaboration and workplace solution of the Axpo Group.
  • Further develop the overall technical vision of the Axpo collaboration & workplace solution.
  • Deliver value to Axpo's employees on an ongoing basis, enhancing the technical base of their collaboration suite and workplace solution at regular intervals.
  • Introduce state-of-the-art and cloud-first technical solutions for collaboration that also work nicely with on-premise collaboration platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Axpo's Cybersecurity Office and the infrastructure team to deliver a highly secure and reliable workplace to Axpo employees.
Requirements
  • High level of drive to deliver a great experience to end users.
  • Highly developed technical & conceptual skills.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and managing a modern, cloud-based workplace solution for a midsize to large company employees.
  • Successful built up and managed a technical team responsible for the delivery & further development of a workplace environment in a midsize to large company.
  • Master of Computer Science or other technical field coupled with IT work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior workplace engineer or workplace architect.
  • Deep experience in the Microsoft product landscape, specifically Microsoft 365 and dependencies on the Azure platform.
  • Prolific in the Atlassian platforms, specifically Confluence and Jira, and knowledgeable of how they integrate into other workplace & collaboration software (i.e. M365).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
