Senior ML Engineer

At Nielseniq, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms using Python, along with knowledge about PyTorch/Tensorflow, Pandas, sklearn, and similar AI/ML libraries.
  • Utilize ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs), to solve real-world problems.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and develop end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation to ensure the robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI/ML solutions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cloud computing teams to deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Utilize SQL for data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years working as a Senior ML Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • In-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of Azure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
