Job Title: Senior Workplace Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workplace Engineer to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern desktop management solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital workplace technologies.
  • Manage the endpoint management service, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Lead project management efforts, planning, executing, and delivering endpoint device management projects.
  • Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and contractors to operate the device management service roadmap.
  • Create and maintain service descriptions, collaborate with stakeholders to define the service future roadmap.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
  • Resolve complex endpoint management issues in collaboration with the 2nd level support team and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service management and project management in an enterprise organization.
  • Strong knowledge of modern desktop management concepts and technologies, including Microsoft solutions like Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Configuration Manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
