Job Title: Energy Projects Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Energy Projects Manager to join our Infrastructure Energy Team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive power growth strategy for our data centers in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a power growth strategy for our EMEA data centers.
  • Prospect for, originate, and contract power capacity to support data center delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in power grid delivery and operation.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop strategies that support our EMEA infrastructure expansion.
About the Team:

The Infrastructure Energy team is a dynamic and growing team responsible for originating, contracting, and delivering reliable power connections to our data centers across EMEA. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of finding reliable, scalable, and sustainable power for our data centers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7-10+ years of delivery experience in the electric utility/energy industry, including project management and engineering roles.
  • Strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders.
