Job Title: Energy Projects Manager

Amazon is seeking a results-driven Energy Projects Manager to join our EMEA Energy & Water team. As part of the AWS Infrastructure Energy Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end power scaling strategies for multiple countries within the EMEA footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for, originate, and contract power capacity needed to support data center delivery
  • Identify risks in power grid delivery and operation, and develop mitigations in collaboration with partner teams
  • Develop cost-saving projects and initiatives related to grid and network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with electricity utilities and external stakeholders to develop strategies supporting AWS's EMEA expansion
  • Work with AWS's Public Policy team to develop policies and guidelines enabling broader AWS strategies and objectives
A Day in the Life:

Leverage project management skills to manage internal business partners and energy stakeholders, driving tactical execution of power contracts and initiatives.
