Job Title: Energy Projects Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Energy Projects Manager to join our Infrastructure Energy Team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable power access for our data centers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive power growth strategies for AWS's EMEA data centers.
  • Prospect for, originate, and contract power capacity needed to support data center delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in power grid delivery and operation.
  • Cultivate business and technical relationships with stakeholders, including grid and electricity utilities, regulators, and policymakers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7-10+ years of delivery track record in the electric utility/energy industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Working proficiency in Swedish and English languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in relevant discipline (MBA/MS).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering HV/MV electric infrastructure.
