We are entering an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a talented individual to contribute to building a globally leading fintech innovation ecosystem and an early-stage investor by taking ownership and making a difference within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Program Managers in planning and executing incubation programs and events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communications.
  • Capture and maintain program data and participant records.
  • Aid the Partner Manager in maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
  • Assist with delivering partner services and resources.
  • Contribute to preparing partner reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Manager, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support research and due diligence for potential startup investments.
  • Monitor portfolio companies' performance and track key metrics.
  • Perform general office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts by creating content and engaging with the startup community on social media.
Your Profile
  • [Critical] Fluent English communication (both written and verbal) capability
  • [Critical] Effective communicator who can deliver insights and opinions clearly in an organized manner
  • [Critical] Strong interest in the startup ecosystem, investments, financial services, and/or technology
  • [Critical] Self-starter who can work seamlessly in a team environment
  • [Plus Point] Pursuing degrees in business, finance, and/or technology
  • [Plus Point] Previous internship or professional experience in the financial services sector
  • Please note that only candidates with necessary work permits will be considered for the position.
  • This role requires full-time commitment (9am – 6pm Monday – Friday).

Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is CHF 45,000 - CHF 55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive package considering the location and job requirements.
