Job Title: Senior EU Legal Counsel

PVcase is a global solar technology company, and we're looking for a skilled Senior EU Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Senior EU Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal guidance and support to our company. You will ensure contract compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigate legal risks, and facilitate business transactions across international markets.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely legal advice and guidance to employees on various legal matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze complex legal issues and propose practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, employment agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal and regulatory risks associated with commercial transactions and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with external counsel, when necessary, to manage litigation and disputes involving the company.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance legal awareness and promote compliance with legal and ethical standards.

### Requirements

- Strong knowledge of EU commercial law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate law.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
- Proven experience as a legal counsel or attorney with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international law firm, corporate, and/or business environment.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

### Salary Range

Starting from 80,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
