As a Sales Associate at Coach, you will play a key role in contributing to the store's success by utilizing Coach selling skills and service training.
Your primary purpose will be to meet personal sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
You will represent Coach to the consumer, acting as an ambassador of the brand and ensuring customers' needs are consistently met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following proficiencies:
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
- Behave like a brand ambassador
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Consistently anticipate and meet customers' needs
- Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards
- Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions
- Demonstrate professional ethics
Additional requirements include:
- Very good English proficiency
- Previous experience in a retail service environment
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and navigate the sales floor
