About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Expansion Strategist to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies for retail expansion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing brand retail ecosystem growth plans and expansion strategy
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Negotiating with real estate brokers and property developers
  • Coordinating construction projects and ensuring timely delivery

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to identify new locations, propose annual plans, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, or project management
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate or retail expansion
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and fluent English (C1 level)
  • A valid EU work permit
