Front Office Team Lead in Mallorca, Spain

La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the team in Deia, a picturesque village in the UNESCO protected Serra de Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Job Summary
We are offering a competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and a chance to be part of a dynamic team in a beautiful location. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Collaborate with the Front of the House Manager to drive long-term projects and decision-making
- Develop and implement efficient FO procedures and train the team to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure effective communication between FO teams and maintain LQA standards
- Provide a warm welcome and professional assistance to all guests, handling their requests and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage guest bills, payments, deposits, and refunds accurately, following cashiering procedures
- Maintain relationships with Belmond Central Reservations and other departments to provide exceptional service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a reception supervisor with knowledge of LQA
- Optimal 5 years of hotel experience as a reception supervisor or assistant manager with knowledge of LQA
- Citizenship of the European Union (for work permit purposes)
- Excellent communication, innovation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively
