About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
- Provide technical expertise in payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
- Ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
- Manage the operational relationship with external near shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control.
- Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
About You
- Proven experience in SAP HCM process, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
- Deep technical knowledge of the SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
- Ability to apply SAP Notes and implement semi-annual legal change packages in HCM.
- Experience in change management processes, including participation in cloud projects and coordination of external consultants.
- Fluency in English and German is a must, other languages are a plus.
