About the Role

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern at Procter & Gamble, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and optimization across our manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies that support the production of our iconic consumer products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes, leveraging data-driven insights to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze and optimize equipment performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with process technicians to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform process improvements, creating actionable recommendations for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Progressive Maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Contribute to the development of the Autonomous Maintenance program, ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
