Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Field Sales team to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost local agreements managed by Sales Force teams in Impulse channel and independent Supermarkets: Establish a clear process for Strikers to make new agreements, analyze compliance and impact on stores' KPIs, and identify opportunities.
  • Lead optimal resources and incentives management: Manage Free Goods by building a uniform criterion for Sales Force to invest in each channel, process orders to warehouses and top clients, and provide monthly follow-up.
  • Periodically manage access authorizations of Strikers to Retail top accounts outlets: Define a protocol with HR partners to guarantee compliance of Strikers IDs and certificates, and establish an efficient process for renewal.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience involving sales coordination and proven strong team spirit.
  • Experience in FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in office software, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
  • Self-driven and ability to work independently, fluent English written and spoken, and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and willingness to travel 10-20%.
