Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position presents an exciting opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Generate in-depth customer and market insights, keeping abreast of industry trends and sharing opportunities with the team.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions tailored for specific segments within the healthcare industry.
  • Contribute to both short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Oversee the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network for targeted segments.
  • Collaborate with essential functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person customer engagements and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional marketing experience within the healthcare sector
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred work location in Barcelona, Spain
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within matrix organizations
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience with customer-facing presentations and sales processes
  • CRM experience is advantageous
