Job Description

**About the Role**

Sin nombre is seeking a highly experienced Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer to lead the development and implementation of a world-class ethics and compliance culture. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of global regulations and laws, as well as the ability to drive proactive compliance leadership and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and Implement an Effective Ethics and Compliance Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive ethics and compliance program that aligns with global best practices, including ethics, compliance, privacy, anti-corruption, trade compliance, and anti-harassment.
  2. Drive Proactive Compliance Leadership and Engagement: Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by driving proactive compliance leadership and engagement, ensuring that colleagues are responsible for compliance with policies, processes, controls, and other initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with ethics and compliance issues, including anti-corruption laws and regulations, third-party compliance, anti-fraud, trade compliance, antitrust/competition law compliance, privacy, conflict of interest, and anti-harassment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or Law Degree preferred.
  • Professional compliance professional certification, such as CESCOM or CCEP-I.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct.
  • Strong grasp of current ethics and compliance best practices and industry standards.
  • Previous experience in implementing and/or leading an Ethics and Compliance Program.
  • Previous experience identifying and resolving ethics/compliance issues quickly and effectively, making timely and informed management calls with proven ability to drive operational excellence and developing and implementing compliance training, communication, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to detect emerging ethics/compliance trends and develop appropriate responses.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior communication skills, inter-personal skills, mature judgment, and independent thinking.
  • Ability to drive sustainable cultural and organizational change.
  • Energetic and innovative self-starter.
  • Ability to analyze and translate policy into practical business processes.
