Job Summary

The Global Marketing Manager will be part of the Global Marketing team and will lead the global strategy, innovation, and global toolkits including communication assets. This role gives a unique opportunity to build a brand with strong consumer relevance, supported by breakthrough product launches, and with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Strategy
    • Develop a 3-year strategy and plans based on strong country learnings
    • Lead the ideation process, concept testing, and product development in collaboration with innovation project managers
    • Develop activation toolkits and ATL/BTL guidelines, media brand playbooks, and communication campaigns
    • Drive packaging development and/or updates driven by regulatory changes
  • Country Performance Tracking and Recommendation
    • Set clear KPIs for success
    • Track and analyze performance at the category level (MS, financials, consumer response, etc.)
    • Provide post-analysis learnings and recommendations

Profile

We are looking for a marketing and brand building expert with:

  • 6-8 years of experience in the OTC/pharmaceutical industry
  • A proven success track record in delivering successful projects and like-for-like growth
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and any other European languages a plus

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Central/global marketing marketing roles and/or local roles with an element of new product development
  • Local marketing roles with experience in HCP/B2C marketing
  • E-commerce marketing
  • Stakeholder management in complex matrix organizations
