Senior Client Acquisitions Specialist

At King Law Offices, PC, we are seeking a skilled Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a pivotal role in transforming inquiries into valued members of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients, showcasing the unique value our firm provides.
  • Establish rapport and communicate the benefits of choosing our services.

Case Evaluation Facilitation:

  • Partner with a dedicated team member to conduct insightful consultations, addressing the specific needs and concerns of potential clients.

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring optimal availability and confirming attendance to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Implement a strategic follow-up plan to nurture leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Tailor communications to address individual client needs and concerns.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline with tailored communication efforts, including phone and email follow-ups.

Conversion Focus:

  • Shift gears from initial contact to a targeted approach focused on turning leads into paying clients.
  • Employ persuasive techniques and effective communication to drive conversion.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure lead conversion rates, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade, turning potential clients into committed clients of the firm.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on building trust and rapport.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, meeting same-day deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, and experience with multi-office phone systems.
  • Ability to work seamlessly within a team and independently, exhibiting professionalism at all times.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to evolving strategies and exhibit sound judgment.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in a law firm or services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and quick to learn new products and techniques.
