Overview

Hines, a renowned industry leader, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its Acquisitions team in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future and contributing to its reputation as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Filter and analyze the acquisitions pipeline, ensuring that investment opportunities align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Fund and Portfolio Management teams to execute transactions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hines Fund Management teams and JV partners to facilitate transactions and asset management collaboration.
  • Support senior team members in decision-making and execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with a strong skillset in representing real estate investment concepts accurately and efficiently in Excel.
  • Demonstrable interest in Real Estate transactions, including Office, Residential/Living, Retail, and Logistics real estate, as well as Alternative niches.
  • Strong understanding of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to produce and review detailed underwritings and investors-presentations.
  • Spanish mother tongue and excellent communication skills with confident fluency in written and spoken English.
Language Skills

Spanish is the preferred language, and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential for success in this role.
