Job Summary
Jci Talent Search is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead our Spanish Market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Hotel Managers in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Maximize financial returns at our hotels by managing cost base and driving sales
- Provide support and mentorship to Hotel Managers in delivering the Local Sales Plan
- Deliver the Customer Experience, Brand standards, and Quality Scores
- Develop and lead the Operational Teams, building a pipeline of Hotel Managers across all jurisdictions
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety and lead new hotel openings in all regions
- Establish and maintain supply chains (Housekeeping, Linen)
- Provide input to the development team on proposed new sites
Key Requirements
- Extensive hospitality experience, preferably in focused service hotels
- At least 5 years of experience as Hotel Manager / General Manager
- Strong cost mindset and ability to work in a lean organization
- Pro-active and self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
- Proficient in Spanish and English
