Technical Support Specialist for Spanish-Speaking Markets

We're seeking a skilled Customer Solutions Consultant to provide technical assistance and advice to SiteMinder customers and partners in Spanish-speaking regions. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service and IT technical skills, with fluency in German and English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to SiteMinder labelled products and services, focusing on the Spanish-speaking world.
- Develop strong customer relationships by offering exceptional technical support and consultation across various contact channels.
- Identify customer support and configuration requirements, set customer expectations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Act as a technical expert, communicating issues and requirements internally and guiding frontline teammates to find solutions.
About You
- High level of customer service and IT technical skills.
- Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly analyse problems, determine root causes, and reach resolutions.
- Ability to operate across multiple technical platforms and systems in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Capacity for both internal and external customer interaction, as well as conflict resolution.
