Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Trading to join our team at AdmiTrade. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our trading strategies, managing our trading team, and ensuring the overall success of our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced trading strategies, including market making, DeFi/CeFi, lending, and venture strategies.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of a liquidity management platform to provide superior depth and dynamic credit lines to centralized exchanges (CEXs), decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and broader markets.
  • Monitor trading activities and risk exposures, addressing potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our Compliance Team to develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of cryptocurrency market trends, news, and developments to identify strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing electronic/high-frequency trading strategies in cryptocurrency markets.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, DeFi protocols, CeFi systems, and liquidity provision mechanisms.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
