Junior Lawyer with French Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Junior Lawyer to join our international team of lawyers in the IT services industry. As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting procurement purchases, analyzing and advising on legal matters related to IT contracts, and negotiating contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement purchases in the IT services industry
- Analyze and advise on legal matters related to IT contracts
- Negotiate contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a law degree from any European country, at least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney at law, and contracting and negotiation expertise. You will also need full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as experience working in an international team and on English language contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Admission to the local Bar (Spain)
- Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions
- Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector
- Additional relevant qualifications or further Bar admissions
- Advanced knowledge of French, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in that language
