Job Title: LawyerWe are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice and support to our business, ensuring compliance with national and international laws.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate legal advice to Destinus business.
- Anticipate and identify legal issues, developing effective solutions.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including NDAs, consulting, employment, procurement, supply, and service agreements.
- Support procurement, sales, and engineering teams in contract negotiations.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage corporate governance and secretarial responsibilities, including business and company registrations in Spain.
- Provide advice on compliance, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Ensure Destinus complies with national and international laws, as well as local statutes and regulations.
- Proactively manage claims and disputes, ensuring swift resolution to mitigate costs.
- Support the legal team in other locations.
- A law degree and at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer and compliance specialist.
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (French and/or German would be a plus).
