The Role

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer with French expertise to support procurement purchases in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and advise on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Law degree in any European country.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law.
  • Contracting and negotiation expertise.
  • Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Preferred: Admission to the local Bar (Spain), experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services), and experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector.
