About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Montajes Electronicos Dorcas, S.L.U. in Spain. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization to enable integration, development, engagement, and support for our business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR expertise and support to employees, management, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including recruitment, hiring, and training.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in general Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition and management, change management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Spanish employment law.
  • Strong technological skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, professionals, and remote employees.
