Job Title: HR Generalist Spain

About the Role

The HR Generalist will provide support to the organization to enable integration, development, engagement, and support for Dorcas into Allegion's Home & Work business unit. This role will be responsible for full-life cycle talent attraction, talent development, and engagement, payroll, reporting, training plans, and HR metrics for both Spanish entities (Dorcas and Cerraduras).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to enhance the integration of Dorcas HR policies within Allegion's HR community.
  • Support during the integration phase for HR matters, including contracts, admin tasks, and documentation.
  • Provide HR expertise to Dorcas leaders, 1st-level managers, and frontline leaders, helping them perform operational needs and KPIs.
  • First point of contact for HR admin tasks and payroll.
  • Provide HR support to employees for employment issues and questions, ensuring labor law, local collective agreements, regulations, and policies are respected.
  • Prevent conflicts and manage disciplinary actions when needed, using tact, discretion, and empathy.
