Job Title: HR Generalist Spain

Montajes Electronicos Dorcas, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Spain. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the integration of Dorcas into Allegion H&W Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the integration of Dorcas HR policies within Allegion HR Community
  • Provide HR expertise to Dorcas Leader, 1st level managers, and Frontline leaders
  • Manage HR admin tasks, payroll, and employment issues for both Spanish locations
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups
  • Support Talent Management processes, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR Generalist role or similar
  • Knowledge of labor law, local collective agreements, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
