Job Title: HR Generalist Spain

Montajes Electronicos Dorcas, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Spain. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to the organization to enable integration, development, engagement, and support for Dorcas into Allegion H&W Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR expertise to Dorcas Leader, 1st level managers, and Frontline leaders to support operational needs and KPIs.
  • Support talent management processes, including succession planning, growth roadmaps, and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the H&W HR community to harmonize current contracts and benefits to Allegion comp&ben policies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups, including Workday, Strengths Finder, and engagement.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including employment issues and questions, ensuring labor law, local collective agreements, regulations, and policies are respected.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in general Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition and management, and change management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Spanish employment law.
  • Strong technological skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, professionals, and remote employees.
