Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Tech Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Tech Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly performance targets, managing a portfolio of accounts, and performing outbound prospecting to source and engage potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify high-potential leads and manage a portfolio of accounts to drive sales growth.
• Perform outbound prospecting to source and engage potential customers.
• Educate prospective clients about available products or services.
• Conduct daily outreach through phone calls and emails to engage decision-makers and establish rapport.

Requirements:
• Native or fluent in Norwegian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in outbound sales within the tech industry.
• Understanding of the cloud industry, preferably with Cloud certification.
• Strong ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions and solid business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
